My wife and I are riding our ADV motorcycle together through the American West, visiting national parks and historic sites. We were headed for Glacier National Park when we stopped in Great Falls. Not only was the hotel terrific, the room large (with a kitchenette!), and the hot breakfast good, but the young lady at check-in let me park my motorcycle under the covered entrance next to the building, where it would be under lighting and more visible to staff. Awesome! That’s excellent customer care, going above and beyond the call of duty. Definitely will think of MainStay in the future.

The People of Montana are extremely nice! They also have great recommendations for things to do. 4th of July was amazing as well! Clean hotel, staff are great and again friendly, food is top notch and it is hot (bacon, eggs, biscuits, gravy, potatoes, juice, etc).50 ft from DQ, 25 ft from Subway. The room was bigger and better than I thought it would be. Cable channels for days, great location to get out and see things.

Have stayed here with a prior visit, and this visit was just as great as the last .The location is great, very easy to get into & out of the city. The rooms are very large and clean with Extremity comfortable beds. Breakfast was very enjoyable and has several great choices, with plenty of seating. Front desk staff are extremely efficient, pleasant, friendly, courteous and helpful. Already planning my next stay

the location and quality of the rooms was excellent. we stayed at other properties during our week away in Montana and this place was superior to all of them. great advice from the manager Susan on where to eat. breakfast was above the norm. also we really appreciated the drip coffee available at all times. most other places used coffee machines that were not drinkable and most often did not work at all

Very clean, spacious, modern, comfortable and had everything we needed! Also loved that it was dog friendly! The housekeeping staff left us a note and did a fantastic job at cleaning our room. It’s obvious there is a lot of care that goes into the maintenance of the property.
